We specialize in ostomy care products and draw from expert resources in the field to provide excellence in ostomy advice, products and services.
An ostomy pouching system is a prosthetic medical device that provides a means for the collection of waste from a surgically diverted biological system and the creation of a stoma. Pouching systems are most commonly associated with colostomies, ileostomies, and urostomies.

A medication review is a private consultation with one of our professional pharmacists, to gather all pertinent information about your medication. The purpose of a medication review (MR) is to promote safe and effective medication use, and improve health outcomes for our customers.
The process is a structured one:
Medication Review – Standard (MR-S)
We meet with you to review your medication and prepare a Best Possible Medication History (BPMH). The purpose is to improve your understanding of your medication, including what medication you’re currently taking, why you’re taking it, and how best to take them. The BPMH can also be shared with other health care professionals, such as the your family physician or specialist.
Medication Review – Pharmacist Consultation (MR-PC)
When we identify a medication management issue (MMI) during an MR-S, in collaboration with you, and, if applicable, the prescriber(s), we work to resolve the issue. This includes developing and implementing a care plan.
Medication Review – Follow-Up (MR-F)
We’ll meet with you if you’ve already received a complete MR-S or MR-PC and follow-up to:
- review a subsequent medication change,
- address difficulties with understanding and/or implementing the care plan developed during an MR-PC, or
- evaluate the care plan developed to resolve a medication management issue.
